Profugees

Aya aspires to see Profugees become a virtual space where young refugees can tell their stories and work on reaching their full potential in order to secure their futures. The project’s main goal is to provide a website that will allow for the crowdfunding of refugees’ innovative projects as well as offer them an opportunity to pursue education. To help enhance the success of their projects, Profugees also offers refugees access to entrepreneurial training sessions, with chance to join incubators. Profugees has already won an impressive number of awards, including the Startup Weekend Amman Techfugees award in partnership with UNICEF Jordan. Ultimately, Profugees seeks to prompt new hope for the future of the refugee crisis worldwide.
